To avoid compromising the privacy of your meetings and the stealing of your personal data,
Do the following:
- Set a strong password for meeting rooms, and share it in a secure way.
- Use the "Waiting Room" Feature to enforce participants to wait until the host allows them to join.
- Close the meeting to prevent participants from entering after it started
- Create a random meeting ID, and do not use your personal ID.
- Do not click on suspicious links posted to meeting rooms.
- Disable "Join before host" feature so that people can't enter before host.
