Enable PIN number

Settings> Privacy> add a pin number, which consists of four numbers, this will enable using encryption for storing your data

Configure Privacy Settings through:

-Settings> Privacy > Enable Registration Lock, which will authenticate your identity when you use Signal again

-Settings> Privacy > Make sure to disable the “Allow From Anyone” feature to prevent receiving messages from people who aren’t in your contacts

Use an unrepeated PIN

Verify the sender’s identity before responding

Avoid clicking on fake links

Avoid sending or forwarding suspicious messages
