Protect Your Data2

As a college student, you have sensitive data such as your university email, homework, exams, research and invention. The exposure of these things can result in a lot of damage; which is why we advise that you follow these security measures to protect them:

  • Never share your devices or emails passwords.
  • Avoid connecting to public networks to prevent spying on your personal data.
  • Set strong passwords that are different for each one of your accounts, and update them regularly.
  • Enable two-factor authentication on your emails and your university account to prevent unauthorized access.

Backup important data, such as research projects, through secure external storage devices or the university’s Private Cloud.
