Description:

VMware has released security update to address multiple vulnerabilities in the following products:

  • VMware ESXi, Workstation and Fusion
  • VMware vCenter Server Appliance

Threats:

Attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by doing the following:

  • Denial of service attack (DoS).
  • Information disclosure, the attacker can intercept sensitive data in transit over FTPS, HTTPS and SCP.
