Description:

DELL EMC has released a security update to address multiple vulnerabilities in the following products:

  • Dell EMC Storage Resource Manager (SRM)
    • versions prior to 4.4.2
  • Dell EMC Storage Monitoring and Reporting (SMR)
    • versions prior to 4.4.2

Threats:

An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by doing the following:

  • Obtaining sensitive information
  • Denial of Service (DoS)
  • Executing arbitrary code remotely
  • Unauthorized creation, deletion or modification
