يمكن للمهاجم استغلال هذه الثغرات وتنفيذ ما يلي:
- الكشف والإفصاح غير المصرح به للمعلومات
- هجمة حجب الخدمة (DoS attack)
- رفع الصلاحيات لزيادة قدرته على التعديل في النظام
- هجمة البرمجة عبر المواقع Cross-site scripting (XSS)
