Description:
Google has released security update to address vulnerabilities in Chrome browser for Windows, Man, and Linux.
Threats:
Attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by doing the following:
- Execute arbitrary code.
- Spoofing attacks.
- Alter browser’s address bar (URL) to force it to display Web pages as chosen by the attacker.
- Security constraints bypass.

- Auto update: -open Chrome, at the top right, click More >> Help >> About Google Chrome. The current version number is the series of numbers beneath the “Google Chrome” heading. Chrome will check for updates when you’re on this page. Click Relaunch to apply any available update. -Click restart.
- Update instructions for each operating system: -Mac: go to “About Google Chrome”, and click Automatically Update Chrome for all users. -Windows: close all Chrome windows and tabs on the desktop, then relaunch Chrome to apply the update. -Linux: use your package manager to update Google Chrome.
