Description:

Ubuntu has released security updates to address multiple vulnerabilities in the following versions:

  • Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
  • Ubuntu 19.04
  • Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  • Ubuntu 14.04 ESM
  • Ubuntu 12.04 ESM

Threats:

Attacker could exploit this vulnerability by doing the following:

  • Cause SDL to crash resulting in denial of service attack (DoS) remotely or remote arbitrary code execution.
  • Obtain sensitive information.
