Description:

Cisco has released security update to address a vulnerability in the following products:

  • Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) - All versions
  • Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) - All versions

Threats:

Remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by executing arbitrary code with root privileges on the underlying Linux operating system of an affected device.
