Description:

Palo Alto has released security update to address a vulnerability in the following versions GlobalProtect Agent:

  • Version 5.0.4 and earlier version 4.1.12 and earlier for Linux and Mac OS
  • Version 5.0.3 and earlier version 4.1.12 and earlier for Windows

Threats:

The vulnerability could allow a low-privileged local user to escalate their privileges on the system.
