Description:

VMware has released security update to address multiple vulnerabilities in the following products:

  • VMware ESXi
  • VMware Workstation Pro / Player (Workstation)
  • VMware Fusion Pro / Fusion (Fusion)
  • VMware Remote Console for Mac (VMRC for Mac)
  • VMware Horizon Client for Mac

Threats:

Attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by doing the following:

  • Privilege escalation.
  • Denial of service (DoS).
