Description:

Rockwell Automation has released a security clarification to address mtluiple vulnerabilities in the following products:

  • FactoryTalk View SE
    • 9.0 and later
    • 10.0
  • FactoryTalk Services Platform
    • 6.11.00 and later

Threats:

Remote attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by doing the following:

  • Denial of service (DoS).
  • Gain access to certain credentials, including Windows Logon credentials.
  • Execute arbitrary code.

Best practice and Recommendations:

Rockwell Automation recommends updating FactoryTalk View SE to the latest version, and apply the best practices to mitigate the impact of the vulnerabilities in FactoryTalk Services Platform.
