Description:

Wibu-Systems AG has released a security update to address multiple vulnerabilities in the following product:

CodeMeter Runtime
- All versions prior to 7.10a
- All versions prior to 7.10
- All versions prior to 6.81
- All versions prior to 6.90

Threats:

An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by doing the following:

Memory corruption
Software crash
Execute arbitrary code
Allow an attacker to communicate by brake the protocol encryption easily in which the server accepts external connections remotely.
