Description:

Foxit has released security updates to address a vulnerability in the following product:

  • Foxit PDF Reader (previously named Foxit Reader)
    • 11.2.2.53575 and earlier
  • Foxit PDF Editor (previously named Foxit PhantomPDF)
    • 11.2.2.53575 and all previous 11.x versions, 10.1.8.37795 and earlier

Threats:

Attacker could exploit this vulnerability by doing the following:

  • Denial of service attack (DoS)
  • Unauthorized disclosure of information
  • Execute arbitrary code
